Republican John McCain will focus on women’s economic issues when he brings his presidential campaign to Hudson on Friday. McCain and his wife Cindy will hold a town-hall meeting for “women only” at the Saint Croix Business Park. It will be McCain’s third visit to the Badger State,and his first to western Wisconsin. There’s always a buzz when he gets close to Minnesota, with Governor Tim Pawlenty being rumored as a possible vice presidential choice.
